It is not stable and no one can force Afghans to persuade.
He said there was no other way out of the current situation in Afghanistan without a “national consensus”. In the half-hour message, he spoke about Afghanistan’s current problems and said he had plans for humanitarian aid in Afghanistan to be distributed “fairly”.
He said some information showed that up to 50 percent of Afghanistan’s population wanted to leave the country.
Mr Ghani fled to Uzbekistan about eight months ago after the Taliban reached the gates of Kabul and fled to the United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Ghani has been repeatedly accused of concentrating and monopolizing power during his six years in power in Afghanistan; However, he has always denied the allegations.
