The Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State of the United States of America have said that they will facilitate the issuance of Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) for Afghans.
This ministry has announced on Monday, July 18th (27th of Cancer) that applicants and those who are eligible for a special visa of this country, according to the facilities provided, it is enough to fill out only one form to apply.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Pivorex have announced in a joint statement that they will facilitate the issuance of SIV visas.
According to the mentioned facilities, qualified persons can access the form without spending time or such obstacles.
Previously, the United States had said that they are committed to simplifying the process of issuing special visas to Afghan immigrants.
This is despite the fact that after the start of the evacuation process, which ended on August 31, the United States, among the countries accepting immigrants, transferred a huge batch of immigrants from Afghanistan.
But the employees of this country, who have cooperated with the Americans for the past twenty years and are considered eligible for this visa, are still stuck in Afghanistan or neighboring countries and complain about being delayed a lot.
