Former Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh announced yesterday that Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian had applied for Iran’s membership in the BRICS.
BRICS is an organization made up of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, and they are calling for reforms in the global economic system.
