According to sources who worked for Australian Defence Services, Afghans who were helping to secure their temporary and permanent refugee visa could soon apply for a second visa. Permanent humanitarian Visa holders will be able to extend their humanitarian stay in Afghanistan. A spokesman for ICE told the minister: “Taliban govt will block citizens leaving Afghanistan. On the way there are almost 3500 Afghans in Australia on temporary humanitarian visits. Australian governments will give early priority to vulnerable and p ersecuted minorities and girls including those with links to Australia, the Government has said. The government will continue to send announcements concerning Afghanistan and the changing humanitarian crisis for the foreseeable future said Hawke.
