Recently, a study has shown that drinking coffee helps treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
According to the American “Study Finds” website, scientists from the University of Oberta de Catalunya in Spain found that caffeine can improve the symptoms of hyperactivity.
In this report, which was published on Wednesday (April 10), it is stated: “Scientists in this study have investigated the possibility of using caffeine to reduce some of the symptoms associated with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).”
Scientists from the University of Oberta de Catalunya in Spain, by reviewing previous studies conducted on animals, concluded that the consumption of a controlled amount of caffeine can increase the level of concentration in adolescents and adults with this disorder.
Caffeine is present in coffee, tea, chocolate, carbonated drinks and some other foods.
