According to a Romanian attorney who spoke to Insider, Andrew Tate himself is perhaps the largest obstacle in his human trafficking case.
Stefan Loredan, a lawyer in Dubai who has carefully watched Tate’s case, said that if Tate were to go on trial, it would be extremely difficult to prove his claims that he hired women for his webcam company.
A court rejected the four people’s request for parole. They are all behind bars until the end of January. According to Tate and Tristan’s attorney, they are innocent.
Tate may still struggle, according to Loredan, who told Insider that Tate had retained one of the top defense lawyers in the nation, Loredan.
He said that Tate’s public character would make it “extremely difficult for the attorneys to defend them.”
Regarding those accused, Loredan remarked, “The issues are themselves. “It’s mostly because they’ve been implicating themselves in the social media stuff they’ve been posting over the previous two to three years,” the author said.

Tate announced his decision to leave the UK for Romania in a now-deleted YouTube video as a reaction to “the #MeToo age.”
He stated, in reference to women’s historical accusations of sexual assault, “none of this rubbish flies” in his new residence.
“Even if I don’t really commit rapes, I like the thought of having complete freedom. I enjoy my freedom.”
Men in “any western nation,” he claimed, had made the decision to live in a place where “any woman… at some time in the future can wreck your life.”
Andrew Tate claimed to like corruption
In August 2022, Tate made an appearance on The Fellas Podcast and spoke on his reasons for choosing to reside in Romania.
“Corruption is far more accessible in Eastern Europe as a whole,” he remarked. “I find it disrespectful that an English policeman would stop me and decline to take a bribe,” the speaker said.
Women who have been sexually assaulted, he continued, “should carry some blame.”
Tate spoke on Twitter about the women who said Harvey Weinstein had harassed and assaulted them in October 2017. If the ladies “exchanged sex for the opportunity,” he claimed, they were not looking like victims.
“You must bear some responsibility if you put yourself in a situation to be raped,” he added. “I do not condone the fact that you were capable. No woman should ever be mistreat able. They seek to place absolutely no guilt at all on the victim of sexual assault.”
He continued by claiming he had little sympathy for women who went out and drank drink before Experiencing Sexual attack, comparing women to those who leave “a million bucks outside my front door.”
